Connecting Donors Survey

Connecting Donors

Every month at least one million people across the United States visit local blood drives and donation centers.29 These blood donors are a precious resource to their communities. Unfortunately, about 10% of them are deferred because of a low blood count and are often sent on their way with little or no advice.1 This is a shame, because with the right information, blood donors can learn how to raise their blood counts, stay healthy, and try to donate again! You’ve come to the right place, because educating patients and healthcare professionals about anemia is what the National Anemia Action Council is all about.

Leading the Effort
In addition to the information on our website, the National Anemia Action Council would like to offer a place where deferred donors can connect with one another, learn and share. Together, we’ll improve the lives of people with anemia.

Complete our survey to help us build this grassroots effort.
