FDA Advisory Committee to Discuss Anemia Drug Risks March 13th
The Oncology Drugs Advisory Committee of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will discuss the cumulative data, including recent study results, on the risks of erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESAs) when administered to cancer patients on March 13, 2008. The public is welcome to attend this meeting Gaithersburg, MD and any interested persons may submit oral or written data, information or views to the committee regarding ESA administration to cancer patients. The FDA also intends to make background information available online no later than March 11th. (Link through the committee name once material is available.)
